COSCO SHIPPING Lines Announces:

- Changes to the Submission of Streetturn Requests for Export and Empties

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that COSCO Shipping North America, Inc. will be changing the process for submitting Streetturn requests for Export and Empties. This change will help give the user better visibility to their request.

Starting on October 1st, 2019 all streetturn requests will need to be submitted on 
http://support.cosco-usa.com/support/home using the following procedure:

From the Home screen, the user will
 • Click on “Submit a Ticket”

 • Select “Intermodal / Equipment Control” under Shipment Type

• Select “Street Turn Requests” or “Street Turn Cancellation” under Services.

  • Street Turn Request

This form will allow you to streetturn one or more containers under a booking number. 

Please refer to the Regions and Cities list on “Submit a Ticket” page and select the region appropriate to your city.

Ensure to enter the correct number of containers you are requesting for street turn.  

  • Street Turn Cancellation
     This form will allow you to cancel streetturn for one or more containers.

Please refer to the Regions and Cities list on “Submit a Ticket” page and select the region appropriate to your city.

Ensure to enter the correct number of containers you are requesting for street turn cancellation.  

 

 • Please make sure when entering info into the form that you do not use dashes or spaces.

 • You will receive a confirmation Message with the Ticket #.

• Once the streetturn request has been completed ,you will receive a confirmation message from our streetturn coordinator .
