While logged in under your current account, please select the E-SERVICES menu>Profile>Apply for Certified User. Please complete the application and submit. Your application will reviewed, and you will receive notification by email. Please note only shipment party holders can become certified users. Third parties such as truckers cannot obtain certified access.
