Please be sure to include if you want a new set issued or if you wish to telex release. Additionally, for lost to order originals, a bank guarantee, letter of credit, or cash deposit for 180% of commercial invoice value, for a term of 6 years, must accompany the completed paperwork, along with a copy of the commercial invoice. If telex release is required, the BL will need to be amended to straight consignment, and will be subject to destination approval which is dependent on manifest submission status and local customs process.
