My shipment is only transshipping or transiting an EU or non-member nation port for a final destination that is not in the EU or non-member nation, is ENS still required?

ENS is still required. 6 digit HS code, Adequate descriptions of goods in a plain language and precise enough for the customs authorities to be able to identify the goods (link to guide for acceptable and unacceptable description of goods), and complete contact information of shipper and consignee including phone number, email, street address or PO box, city, country, and postal code should be included. EORI is not required unless there will be an additional submission to EU customs, in which case the declarant’s EORI would be required.
