How do I change the destination on my booking if it has already sailed?

For diversion/change of destination request of cargo that has already sailed US ports of load (excluding Long Beach/Los Angeles), please log into our e-commerce site https://elines.coscoshipping.com/ebusiness/notice/loginPlease to submit under Booking>COD Application. For Los Angeles/LongBeach requests, please go to the portal https://coscoshippingla.freshdesk.com/support/home
